Welcome to Springfield, U.S.A.—where Simpsons fans can finally step inside the world they’ve only seen on screen. SPI helped transform this beloved animated universe into a living, breathing destination by creating many of the land’s most iconic graphics, faithfully lifted from the show’s unmistakable style. Through careful design, fabrication, and installation, SPI helped bring the irreverent, colorful world of The Simpsons™ to life in remarkable detail.

SPI’s scope included fabrication and installation for Kang & Kodos’ Twirl ‘n’ Hurl, where guests hop into flying saucers to join Springfield’s drooling alien duo on a hilarious, dizzying adventure. We also delivered graphics and signage for The Simpsons Ride™, Duff Brewery—complete with its open-air beer garden, giant Duffman statue, and TV screens playing classic clips—and Kwik-E-Mart, packed with Springfield staples from giant pink-iced donuts to Duff energy drinks and themed souvenirs.

Our team also provided signage for Cletus’ Chicken Shack and Krusty Burger, ensuring every “Genuine Clown-Endorsed Meal” is served up in perfect, on-brand style. Most signage featured integrated, controlled lighting systems designed to enhance the storytelling and perfectly match the cartoon’s bright, exaggerated aesthetic.

From neon marquees to meticulously themed menus, SPI’s work on Springfield, U.S.A. helped Universal Studios Florida deliver an experience that’s as delightfully absurd, detailed, and immersive as the show itself—welcoming guests to eat, drink, and play right alongside Homer, Bart, and the whole Springfield gang.
